The Renetta Apple apartment is on the first floor of the agritourism, with an area of 100 sqm. In the kitchen and in one of the rooms you can admire the old architectural structures with wood beams, which was completely refurbished according to the unique style of Podere Melariano. It's divided into: a large living room with television characterized by big windows with wide sills, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful view of the province of Siena; a full equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, appliances and all other accessories, and with a wonderful refurbished stone sink that was already in the cottage; two double bedrooms, one of which with own bathroom; one bathroom with bathtub and one with shower. From the bedrooms' windows you can enjoy a fantastic view on the town of Castelnuovo Berardenga, on the vineyards and the olive groves of the agritourism. The apartment has floor heating and air conditioning.
